Roasting

Use drip pan (accessory) or roasting tray and roasting grid.
Roasting grid on the second shelf level from the bottom for meat or drip
pan with roasting tray on the first shelf level.

The roasting time depends on the type and the thickness of the meat. Raise
the meat slightly when measuring the thickness, as it collapses a little un-
der its own weight. The roasting time for meat with a fatty layer can be as
much as double.
