Troubleshooting
ERROR
• The range of the scooter decreases
• brakes respond slowly
• The charging process is not working properly
• The kickboard cannot be charged.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• The tire pressure is too low.
• Outdoor temperatures around
freezing or below.
• The kickboard is overloaded:
• Brake cable is too long
• There is a risk of short circuits
or other defects.
• There is no longer any connection
between kickoard and charger.
• The charger is defect.
• Folding mechanism is too loose
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Check the tire pressure and correct
(siehe S. 57) .
• Do not charge your kickboard at free
zing temperatures. Performance of
battery and charger are better at room
temperature
• Make sure the maximum load capa
city is not exceeded
• Adjust the brakes at a specialist dea
ler or through trained personnel.
• Stop the charging process immedia
tely and consult a specialized workshop
• Connect the charger again with the char-
ging port of the kickboard (
see p. 42f) .
• Replace the defective charger.
• Tighten up the (see p. 39) .
