10.1 Lubrication
Use Molybdenum HD grease. Clean zerks before greasing.
Lubrication points shown are for one side of the machine.
Use the same locations on the machine's other side to
complete the lubrication process.
Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing the machine, perform the safety shutdown
procedure.
Every 25 hours
- Oil ball joints (1).
(8 places)
- Grease frame pivots (2).
(6 places)
- Grease rake wheel hubs (4).
- Grease sled and track (5).
Every 50 hours
- Grease transport and caster wheel hubs (6).
- Grease transport wheel bogie (7).
- Grease caster wheel pivot (8).
Every 500 hours or once a year
- Repack bearings - front and rear wheels (6).
