3. Maintenance



Belt tension

Checking the tension:

- Remove 6 bolts (1).
- Remove belt guard (2).
- Apply a force of 3 daN (6.7 lb) on the belt: the belt

should not deflect more than H = 6 mm (0.23’’).

Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing
the machine, turn off ignition key and wait
until all moving parts have come to a
complete stop.

Regularly check belt tension and in particular
during the first hours of use.

Never replace belts individually.

Replace belts in full sets.
