9) Fitting the safety guards (photos 10 and 10 A)
The safety guards are provided with the machine to give improved protection against possible accidents and
therefore ensure maximum safety.
Attach the support (7) of the central safety guard under the box type frame (8) with 2 hexagon bolts (9) (M 10
x 30), 2 serrated washers (M 10) and 2 nuts (M 10) as shown in figure 10. Ensure that safety guard mounting
studs are positioned at the front of this support. Tighten hexagon bolts to
5 daNm / 37 ft.lbs

Push both guards (6) onto support (7) and secure them with 4 hexagon bolts (12) (M 8 x 45) and nuts (M 8) (photo
10). Torque to
3 daNm / 20 ft.lbs

Side guards (5) are fitted to outside housings (11) using 2 hexagonal head bolts (1) (M 12 x 60) and 2 serrated
washers (M 12) (photo 10 A).
Tighten hexagon bolts to
9 daNm / 65 ft.lbs

Install plugs (3) and (4) (photos 10 and 10 A).
