Cleaning and Maintenance
1. After each use, unplug the Pizza Oven and let the appliance cool. Remember the stone and
pan will hold heat longer, so allow them to cool for longer. Ensure you do not try to touch or
clean your Pizza Oven till all parts have cooled to avoid the risk of scalding.
2. To clean the outside of the Pizza Oven, use a damp cloth. Never dip or immerse the unit into
water or other liquids. This can cause electric shock and/or damage to the Pizza Oven.
3. To clean the interior of the Pizza Oven, wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and then dry
thoroughly.
4. To clean the pizza stone, never use water or any detergents. Scrape off any excess food with a
spatula or a stiff bristled brush. Wipe clean with a paper towel or clean dishcloth.
5. To clean the pizza pan, wash in warm soapy water. Never use abrasive or strong household
cleaners as they will damage the non-stick coating. Towel wipe dry.
NOTE: Always ensure the Pizza Oven is switched off and unplugged. The unit should have
completely cooled down before cleaning.
WARNING: Never immerse the Pizza Oven, cord or plug into water or any liquid when
cleaning.
