The TMR/MUR ratio is active when scaling is active, otherwise the 32-bit raw position of the
sensor is output.

The encoder returns the current calculated speed in RPM as a signed 32-bit value.

5.4.11 Encoder DiagData
The encoder returns its current operating state in the EncoderDiagData bytes.
In failure-free operation, EncoderDiagData has the value 0.
NOTICE
Pay attention to the values range
If EncoderDiagData contains a value different from 0, the values
measured by the encoder might be faulty.
