– Dismantle seat and tank, drain cooling system. Mount fan

at right-
hand radiator by using the screws included in the package.
– Connect fan wiring harness to main wiring harness

(white
connector), connect fan cable to fan wiring harness

, install wiring
harnesses toward fan and thermoswitch and secure with cable ties.
Up to model 2002:
– Remove plug at left radiator, screw in the thermoswitch

(20 Nm,
15ft.lb) and connect the relevant connector. Bleed cooling system by
following the relevant instructions, fully reassemble the motorcycle,
and conduct a function test.
From modell 2003 on:
– Remove plug at right radiator, screw in the thermoswitch
