Dismounting the front fender

Remove screws

. Remove the front fender.
–
Make sure that the distance bushings remain in place.

Installing the front fender

Ensure that the spacing sleeves are mounted in the fender.
–
Position the front fender. Mount and tighten screws


Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7.4 lbf ft)
Info
Take care with the contact between the holding lugs and the start number
plate or headlight mask.

Removing headlight mask with headlight (EXC

Switch off all electrical equipment.
–
Remove screw

and take off clamp.
–
Loosen the rubber band

. Push up the headlight mask and swing it forwards.

Pull out the electric plug connector

and remove the headlight mask with the
headlight.
