WARNING
Hot water escaping under pressure when the vent plug is opened

Protect the electric components against escaping fluid.

Wear protective clothing (e.g. gloves).
NOTE
Any repairs on the pump (set) must only be performed by an authorised service
partner. In the event of damage contact the heating system engineer.
The pump set is almost maintenance-free.
If the pump set has not been in operation for a prolonged period of time or if the
system severely is contaminated, the pump rotor can become blocked.
Deblocking
1. Close the valves on the suction side and discharge side.
2. Remove the vent plug with a suitable tool.
3. Deblock the pump rotor at the shaft end by turning it with a suitable tool.
4. Tighten the vent plug to a maximum tightening torque of 0.5 Nm. Check that it
is tightly sealed.
After maintenance work and inspection have been completed, proceed with the
section on Returning to service (
