Bolten slår ikke hårdt nok
Tjek hvorvidt den korrekte patronladningsstyrke er valgt eller om pistolen evt. er meget snavset indeni.
I sidstnævnte tilfælde bør pistolen naturligvis rengøres grundigt. Efter udtagning af låsefjeder og
gummibuffer bør bolten kunne bevæge sig frit.
Hvis pistolen ikke placeres korrekt ved affyring, kan det føre til fejlskud.
Bolten trækker sig ikke tilbage
Pistolen har evt. forskubbet sig under skydning, så bolten har sat sig fast i kraniet. Låsefjeder og gummibuffer
kan være nedslidt. Erstattes med nye dele.
Låsefjeder og gummibuffer nedslides før tid
Ofte vil brugen af patroner, der er for kraftige iht. forskrifterne, være årsagen til dette. For hurtig nedslidning
kan også være forårsaget af anvendelse af forkert ammunition.
Låsefjederen bliver slap, når gummibufferen er blevet overbelastet.
Aftrækkeren fungerer ikke længere
Aftrækkermekanismen er defekt eller aftrækkeren er vredet ud af facon. Pistolen bør straks sendes til Jørgen
KRUUSE for nærmere undersøgelse.
(GB) Loading and Use
1. This apparatus is intended for Blitz-Kerner cartridges as an animal stunning device (hermetically sealed
and waterproof cartridges, calibre 9 x 17 mm). 4 strengths of cartridges are available for the various
groups of slaughtering animals. Special attention must be paid to the specific type of animal as well as to
the respective size. It is imperative that the correct cartridge is chosen for the animal in question in order
to reduce the wear and tear of the bolt spring and rubber buffer. The strength of the cartridge charge is
indicated via the printed text, the colour of the labels and the coloured rings on the percussion cap.
Green: Weak charge – for small pigs and calves
Yellow: Medium charge – for slaughter pigs and store pigs
Blue:
Strong charge – for big sows
Red: Extremely strong charge – for boars, bulls and horses

2. Unscrew the head-piece and insert the cartridge into the distance piece with the
percussion cap pointing upwards. Screw on the head-piece tightly to the right.
Ensure that the annular spring is not distorted in the process. The opening must be opposite
to the trigger.
3. Pull out the striking pin by the striking pin nut until the trigger catches audibly.
The device is now loaded.
