work.
The pump has been
deactivated due to a lack
of water.
Fill the tank with water
and re-initiate the pump
(see paragraph:
USING
FOR THE FIRST TIME
).
Avoid emptying the tank
completely.
The removable water tank
has been fitted incorrectly.
Position the water tank
correctly.
The super cappuccino
nozzle produces little or no
froth.
The super cappuccino
nozzle is not properly
installed.
Check that the accessory
has been properly
mounted on the appliance:
remove it and then install it
again on the swivel arm by
means of a firm twist from
right to left.
Check that the flexible
hose is not obstructed
or twisted and that is fits
properly into the accessory
to prevent any air intake.
The milk is too warm.
Use a small jug. Use very
fresh, very cold milk.
Follow the milk frothing
instructions (paragraph on
STEAM FUNCTION
).
The super cappuccino
nozzle does not suck up
any milk.
Rinse and clean the
accessory (please refer to
the chapter on «Maintenance
and Cleaning»).
If it is not possible to identify the cause of a malfunction, please contact an approved
service centre. Never disassemble the appliance. (if the appliance has been
disassembled, the guarantee may no longer be valid).
