POSSIBLE FUNCTIONS
BAGEL function
The toaster has a pre-set function for toasting bagels.
Insert the bagel as illustrated (
Fig. 7
or
Fig. 8
).
Select the desired toasting level and push down the lever (see the Directions for Use
section).
Press the BAGEL button

).
The BAGEL button
and the STOP button will light up.
DEFROST function
The toaster has a pre-set defrost function: toasting frozen bread takes more time
than toasting fresh bread.
Insert one or two slices of frozen bread into the toaster (
Fig. 10
).
Select the desired toasting level and push down the lever (see the Directions for Use
section).
Press the DEFROST button

The DEFROST button
and the STOP button will light up.
REHEAT function
The toaster has a pre-set function to heat slices of bread without grilling them first.
The reheating time is automatic, regardless of the position of the control dial (about
30 seconds).
Insert the slices of bread or toast in the toaster and push down the lever.
Press the REHEAT button

and the STOP button will light up.
Warming bread rolls
Place the bread roll warmer (j) on the toaster (
Fig. 13
).
Place the rolls on the stands and press down the control level until it is automatically
locked. Do not exceed position 2. Start the toaster (
Fig. 14
).
For this function, make sure that these two stands and the bread rolls are in the right
position (
Fig. 15
). Do not place pastries directly on the toaster to reheat them. Use
the bread roll warmer (j).
Put a limited number of bread rolls on the bread roll warmer (
Fig. 15
)
To get the best results, turn over the rolls and repeat the browning process.
After use, remove the bread roll warmer.
The bread roll warmer should not be used for more than 10 minutes.
Remove the bread. You can use the start lever by moving it back to the top. This
function makes it easier to remove the bread.
To interrupt toasting, press the STOP button (

).
Caution:
If a piece of bread is blocked in the toaster, unplug it immediately, let it cool down
for a few minutes and then gently release the bread, without touching the hot
elements.
