Handling the swather when in use
Fold the tine arms from transport to working position.
• Move rotors from transport to working position (see
section „Conversion from transport to working
position“).
• To release the rotor locking device, detach tension
spring (1) from tine securing clamp (2) and attach
to hole (3)
• Remove linch pin (1).
• Pull out pin (2).
• Fold tine arms (3) into working position. It may be
necessary to turn the rotor until, when folding tine
arms, they do not collide with the guard.
• Insert pin (2) and secure with linch pin (1).

Pin (2) must always be inserted from the
top with the respective tine arm in the
front part of the rotor (tines must touch
the ground).
Always make certain the hinged cotter
pin (1) is locked in place correctly. (The
ring of the hinged cotter pin must be
positioned in the groove of the shaft).

Shut down the engine and remove the
ignition key. Secure tractor and rotary
swather against rolling away!
