7.5 Changing needle packing
Removing needle packing
1. Clean nozzles ( Ä Chapter 7.2 ‘Cleaning spray guns’ on page 24 ).
2. Remove the fluid needle (

3. Unscrew the screw (Fig. 15/2) from the head section (Fig. 15/1) and the main element
(Fig. 153).
4. Remove the head section (Fig. 15/1) from the main element (Fig. 15/3).

5. Unscrew the seal screw (Fig. 16/3).
6. Remove all of the needle packing (Fig. 16/4) from the head section (Fig. 16/5).
7. Remove the seals (Fig. 16/2) from the centring tubes (Fig. 16/1).
