8.5 Changing the fluid needle
Removing the fluid needle
1. Clean the automatic spray gun (

WARNING!
The locking piece ( Fig. 9/4) is under spring force!
Carefully unscrew the entire locking piece ( Fig. 9/4).
3. Remove the spring ( Fig. 9/3).
4. Take the entire valve shaft ( Fig. 9/2) out of the main element ( Fig. 9/1).

5. Loosen the nut ( Fig. 10/4) of the valve shaft pipe ( Fig. 10/1).

CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to fluid needles!
Remove the spring ( Fig. 10/3) and fluid needle ( Fig. 10/2) from the valve shaft pipe (
Fig. 10/1).
