8.3 Cleaning the automatic spray gun

Adhere to the safety data sheets of the cleaning product manufacturer.

Do not fully immerse the automatic spray gun in a cleaning product.

Switch off the system and secure it against being switched on again.
3.
Connect cleaning product to fluid input.
For design with circulation connection (optional), connect the fluid circulation line.
4.
Switch on the compressed air supply.
5.
Where applicable, switch on fluid pressure pump or pressure container for cleaning
product.
6.
Begin the spray process by switching on the control air (connection "St") and the atomiser
air (connection "Z").
7.
Spray until the cleaning product runs clear.
8.
Interrupt the cleaning product supply.
9.
Blow out cleaning product residue by briefly switching on the control air.
10.
Switch off the compressed air supply and secure it against restart.
11.
Clean the outside of the device with a cloth dipped in cleaning product.

Slightly grease sliding parts with special Krautzberger grease.
