Problem 4:

The sensor is not activating the water flow.

When you turn the handle to

the full on position, the

water will turn on.

However, when you move your

hand in front of the sensor, the

water does not turn off as it

should.

Check whether the switch

button (1) is tighten, if it is

loose, tight the switch button (1)

completely with a coin clockwise.

If the switch button (1) is tighten,

this indicates that the control

box (2) is damaged. Call customer

service to request a replacement

control box. Replace the old

control box with the new control box.

Problem 5:

The function of the swith button.

If you want to use the faucet

without the sensor feature, you

can loose the switch button

completely with a coin

counterclockwise. At this time,

you can use the sensor faucet

as the use of the common faucet.

However, if you want to continue

to use the faucet with the sensor

feature, you need tight the switch

button completely with a coin

clockwise. At this time, you can

use the faucet with the sensor feature.
