Specify a value higher than 0 will
enable this feature. However, DO NOT
use a value that is too small. The
smaller the value the higher load
Ethernet switch may impact. Just use
default value should be good to go.
The specified time interval is used to
specify the minimum interval of
sending IGMP leave packet.
