1. Fill the fondue pot (1) with the desired liquid and choose the
desired temperature level (6).
2. Put the fondue fork (3) with the resp. food to be cooked into
the fondue pot (1).
3. Leave the fondue fork (3) with the food in the fondue pot (1)
until cooked to your taste.
Meat Fondue
- Put the fork onto the fork holder of the splash guard, as the
food needs to be cooked and should remain in the hot oil for
a while.
- Make sure, to let the food drain before putting it into the hot
oil.
- Never place any frozen food into the oil. Only use food fully
defrosted!
Cheese or Chocolate Fondue
- the food is not supposed to be cooked but to be dipped into
the melted cheese or chocolate until completely covered .
- therefore, it is
not
necessary to place the fork into the fork
holder.
4. After use, switch the appliance off by switching the
temperature control (6) to Min. position. the indicator light
(7) goes out.
5. to properly switch off the appliance disconnect the power
plug (8) from the mains and let the unit completely cool
down.
