Crêpes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg
125 ml milk
4 tbsp mineral water
pinch of salt
50 g flour
Preparation:
Mix egg, milk, water and salt. Add the flour and mix it until the
batter is smooth. Let the batter rest for approx. 10 minutes.
Cleaning and Care
Due to hygienic reasons clean your appliance on a
regular basis, best after each use, and remove any
food residues. Not doing so could possibly result in a
hazardous situation.
Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance,
disconnect it from the mains and let it completely cool down.
Never immerse the appliance in water. Danger! Electric
Shock!
When cleaning the appliance never use any aggressive
cleaning agents and/or other hard objects.
Clean the base (2) and the plate (1) with a moistened soft
cloth.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
