1. Place the appliance on an even and heat-resistant surface.
Do
not
place it on top of a metal surface.
2. Connect the appliance to a properly installed and easily
accessible socket. Once plugged in, the red indicator light
(4) lights up.
3. Switch on the appliance by turning the temperature
control (3) knob to the desired temperature / browning
setting (light to dark). the green indicator light (4) lights
up.
4. After the set temperature/browning setting is reached the
green indicator light (4) goes off and the heating process
is finished.
Heating up time to the highest temperature / browning
setting - “dark” – takes approx. 3 minutes.
5. Add some batter on the cooking plate (1) and evenly
distribute it with the crêpe spreader (6) on the cooking
plate (1). Bake it golden brown on both sides.
As crêpes have to be thin, do not add too much batter,
in order to avoid overflowing.
Only use a heat resistant plastic spatula or a wooden
spatula, when turning and removing the crêpes.
6. Once the baking process is finished, switch off the
appliance and disconnect it form the mains.
Thermostat:
During operation, an integrated thermostat switches
the appliance on and off to ensure a constant temperature.
this is indicated by the green indicator light (4) cycling on
and off.
