1. Place the breaking pan in the frying pan and only then put the food inside it.
Note:
- Do not insert oil or any other liquid into the frying pan during this operation.
- If you cook kinds of food which may inflate during the cooking process,
make sure to consider the dimensions when cooked because the basket fills
up further.
2. Gently insert the basket into the main body of the air fryer until the end of
the stroke and until you hear a “clunk” sound.
3. Adjust the temperature knob according to the kind of food you want to
cook (from 80°C to 200°C).
4. Adjust the timer knob according the cooking time you need to prepare
the food in the basket (up to 30 minutes). The indicator lamps will light up to
indicate the start of cooking. Once the cooking process is over, the timer will
emit a signal and the heating light will turn off.
WARNING:
Once you have set the desired cooking time, do not attempt to
reduce the cooking time in order to avoid to break the dedicated knob.
5. Remove very carefully the basket from the main body, and then place it on
a heat-resistant surface.
WARNING!
The basket gets very hot when in use, never touch it with bare
hands.
6. If the volume of food in the air fryer is within the limits of the basket capa-
city but still occupies a large part of it, it is advisable to take the basket out
halfway through cooking to shake it slightly and then put it back into the main
body: in this way i twill be possibile to complete the cooking process in the
as evenly as possible. Even the cooking time must also be set according to
the amount of food: the more amount of food you put, the more time is ne-
eded to cook it; on the contrary, if you choose to cook less amount of food,
then you can set a shorter time interval.
7. Once extracted, place the basket on a heat-resistant surface and wait at
least 2-3 minutes before proceeding with the extraction of the cooked food
in order to avoid burns.
8. Hold the basket by the handle and remove the food with heat-resistant
food pliers.
