Spaghetti has irregularities or cracks
1) Due to the nature of the process,
the noodles may have irregularities
towards the beginning and end of
kneading. To mitigate these effects,
you can choose other kneading liquids
(e.g. eggs or oil) in order to make the
surface of the spaghetti smoother.
2) Remove the dough and break it
up slightly, then pour it back into the
container compartment and add an
appropriate amount of flour. Press the
function keys to restart the process.
Some of the dough remains in the
container compartment and is not
extruded.
Turn off the appliance, remove the remai-
ning dough and compress it with clean
hands. Put the dough into the container
and press the “EXTRUDE” key.
The noodles stick together during
extrusion.
1) The noodles may be moist during
extrusion. In order to aid in separation,
sprinkle some flour on the noodles
during extrusion.
2) Cut noodles to an appropriate len-
gth in order to prevent tangles.
Spaghetti breaks easily.
In most cases, this is because the
dough is too dry. Add water according
to the dosage chart.
