Problem cause: battery has low voltage.

Please charge in time after each use. When the product will not be used 

for a long time, charge it regularly monthly, for 8-12 hours each time, no 

more than 20 hours.

Problem cause: resettable fuse tripped

This product is equipped with a self-resetting fuse. When this product is 

overloaded or operated incorrectly, the self- resetting fuse will be cut off 

for 5-20 seconds before using again. The self-resetting fuse is under the 

seat. (Refer to the figure)

Problem: This product is not moving

To avoid the fuse being cut off, please 

refer to the following suggestions:

Do not overload, the maximum weight 

is 30KG.

Do not use this product to pull things.

Do not drive up steep slopes.

Be careful not to let the tires get stuck 

in obstacles, which can cause the tires 

to run at high speed and the engine to 

overheat.

Do not use this product in hot weather; it will cause overheating of the accessories.

Do not change the circuit on your own; it will cause a short circuit.
Problem cause: wheel nuts are loose

When the screw is loose, the tire will not be able to run forward. Before 

each use, please carefully check whether the tire screws are tightened.

Problem cause: socket connector of the battery has fallen off

Please carefully check whether the battery connection is loose before each use.

Problem cause: battery is damaged

Are the batteries in the right position? Is the battery old? Please replace 

the new battery in time.

Problem cause: Electric system is damaged

If the product is soaked in water or sand, it will lead to circuit system be 

damaged. Please keep away from liquid items.

Problem cause: motor is damaged

Go to the maintenance.

Problem: battery cannot be recharged

Problem cause: socket connector of the battery has fallen off

Please carefully check whether the battery connection is loose before 

each use.
