3.1.

Operational Safety

Read the Owner’s Manual before using the machine

Keep clothing and body away from all moving parts while machine is
moving

Stay clear of machine while it’s operating, debris can be thrown
considerable distances from the rotor

Do not ride on the machine

Watch out for pinch points from moving parts

Familiarize yourself with all aspects of machine before operating

Ensure safety tongue pin is in place before transporting

Make sure transport wheels are properly pinned in before transporting
down the road

Ensure skirts are rotated inwards and pinned down before
transporting.

Observe and follow all proper state laws while driving down roads

Make sure tongue pin is removed before operating tongue cylinder

Make sure rear PTO attached to gearbox is removed before switching
to transport mode

Check that all paddles are bolted down properly and replace
bent/broken ones before operating machine. Broken paddles can fly
off rotor at high speeds and cause serious injury

Wear proper hand, eye, and ear protection while operating and
working on machine

Make sure all guards are in place before using machine
