Programming procedure
1.
For an acustic programming confirmation connect ESC to motor
2.
Turn on the Tx and the Rx. Set the throttle to EMF-brake position
3.
Connect battery
4.
Wait 2 sec. or
5.
Press Button
6.
7.
Mode tone: the speed control switches to every single mode. There is a break between single signal
sequences.
Mode 1: one tone, Mode 2: two tones
Set the throttle to full speed (front position) if desired mode is reached.
8.
9.
Attention: only for Mode 2: For programming a seperate motor-off-position, set the throttle in the
desired position now. The ESC reconfirms
10.
Control output: The speed control repeats the programmed mode.
11.
Ready – disconnect battery
7.1 Auto-Programming-Mode APM (Mode 1)
In APM the ESC equalizes itself after every battery
connection to the actual throttle control. To identify
full gas position, please set the throttle to full gas
for at least 1 second. Brake position is the throttle
position at ESC connection.
Programming APM deletes all previous
settings (Reset).
7.2 Glider-Mode (Mode 2)
All required properties for electric powered glider
airplanes are preadjusted in this mode.
Mode-Standard Settings
Cell type::
LiPo
Speed characteristic:
Prop
Speed up:
slow, optimized for big propellers
Undervoltage
disconnection:
active
Brake:
active
To fly with under voltage disconnection and
without brake, change the trim after
programming such that the brake position is
not reached in flight.
