The RAK-100S-DNV must be only operated with the nominal voltage of 100 V ~ 240 V
AC. For details refer to the chapter 10/ “Technical Specifications”.
8.1.
Connecting to DC Power Supply
The AC-in power socket (Figure 2, pos. 1) is located on the rear side of the RAK-100S-DNV. The RAK-100S-DNV is
supplied with a AC power cord.
Power cable and power connectors must always remain easily accessible.
The RAK-100S-DNV is only completely disconnected from the mains power supply
when the power cable is disconnected, either from the mains power socket, or the
system's input power socket (Figure 2, pos. 1).
If the end environment restrict access to power cable, disconnection must be
guaranteed using a separate cut-off fixture.
Ensure that the mains power supply socket (power outlet) is properly grounded and
the power cable is in perfect condition with no visible damage.
The rated mains voltage range must agree with the voltage specified on the type label.
Do not disconnect the power from the system while the system is powered up!
Performing a forced shut down can lead to loss of data or other undesirable effects!
To connect the RAK-100S-DNV to a corresponding AC power supply, please perform the following steps:
1.
Connect the ends of the supplied AC power cord to the AC-in power socket (Figure 2, pos. 1) and mains power
supply socket using the electrical plug for the region.
2.
Press the power switch (Figure 1, pos. 1).
3.
The power LED illuminates green (Figure 1, pos. 2).
