Plug & Play (PNP) OS

If your system has a PNP OS, such
as Win9X, select Yes to let the OS
configure PNP devices not required
for boot. No makes BIOS configure
them.
Secured Setup Configuration
Yes

Yes prevents a Plug and Play OS
from changing system settings.
Reset Configuration Data

Yes erases all configuration data in
ESCD, which stores the
configuration settings for plug-in
devices. Select Yes when required to
restore the manufacturer’s defaults.

Opens PCI Configuration submenu.
PS/2 Mouse

Selecting Disabled prevents installed
PS/2 mouse from functioning but
frees up IRQ12. Selecting Autodetect

system memory. Super = 4MB, High = 2.125 MB,

Motherboard Primary enables motherboard graphics
for VGA, Adapter Primary enables an external
adapter or VGA, Motherboard Disable does not
allocate graphics resources.
