Power Supply Unit
The Power Supply Unit has been specially designed for use with the OM6040D. It is a Double
Full-size AMC form factor pluggable module with mounting screws to fix the PSU to the sub-
rack. Input power is supplied via the front panel connector. Interfacing to the backplane is
achieved via a very high power load Molex connector which interfaces power as well as monitor
and control signals to the backplane. On the front panel there is a green LED to indicate when
both output voltages are present and within tolerance.
