LIMITED WARRANTY
Kontron Communications Inc., (“The seller”) warrants its boards to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years commencing on
the date of shipment. The liability of the seller shall be limited to replacing or
repairing, at the seller’s option, any defective units. Equipment or parts, which have
been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, or unauthorized repair are
not covered by this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties
expressed or implied.
