Radio Operation
Press the Function Button repeatedly until the display shows “TUNER”. You can
choose between MW (AM) or FM with the Band Button on the remote control.
Manual Tuning
Repeatedly press the Next/Previous Buttons until the display begins to move and the
frequency is changed to the desired channel. Use the manual tuning method to tune in
weak or distant stations that are not strong enough to be recognized by the automatic
tuning system.
Automatic Tuning
Press and hold the Next/Previous Buttons until the display begins to move, then
release the buttons. The tuner will search and stop at the next strong channel. Repeat
this procedure until it stops at the desired channel.
The FM Stereo Signal icon shows up when you are tuned
in to a stereo channel. If the signal is weak and distorted
we advice to press the ST/MONO/ID3 Button on the remote
control to select FM Mono Mode.
Hints for Better Reception
For the best possible reception connect the FM lead wire antenna to it’s connection on
the back of the system. Move the antenna to improve the signal reception.
FM Antenna
For the best possible MW reception connect the loop aerial antenna to the MW antenna
socket on the back. Move the loop aerial to improve the signal reception.
