To enable receipt of device status notification mail, configure the
Notification Setting
section settings as described below.
•
Receive Device Status Notification
:
Select this check box to enable receipt of
device status notification mail. Before you
can select this check box, the mail address of
the currently logged in user must be
registered with the procedure under “To
register a user” (p. 43).
Important!
•
User Name (display only)
:
Shows the user name of the currently logged
in user.
•
E-mail Address (display only)
:
Shows the e-mail address of the currently
logged in user. See “To register a user” (p. 43)
for more information.
•
E-mail Language
:
Click the
E-mail Language
down arrow and
then select the e-mail language from the list that
appears. The languages you can select here are
those that are supported by the PageScope Net
Care server. The selection of languages can be
expanded by adding plug-ins.
• An administrator can receive status notification mail of all the
devices controlled by the PageScope Net Care server. A
registered user, on the other hand, can receive status
notification mail of only devices included in the custom group
assigned to the user during user registration. In order to
receive mail, the e-mail address of the logged in user must be
registered on the PageScope Net Care server.
