8.4 Putting a call on hold
It is possible to put a call on hold so that nothing can be heard at the
opposite end.
Method 1:
1 Press the [HOLD] key during the conversation.
The call will be put on hold.
2 Place the handset on the hook.
3 Lift the handset off the hook.
The conversation can be continued.
Method 2:
1 Press the [HOLD] key during the conversation.
The call will be put on hold.
2 Press the [HOLD] key again.
The conversation can be continued.

Music, music and more music . . .
You can determine via software switch 10 whether music will be heard
at the other end while waiting on hold.
