Press [OK] to return to the User Registration - Add/Change Screen.

Press [Color] or [Black] on the right side of [Output Allow] to select the print type available to the user.

To change the allowance, press [Upper Limit Setting]. Change the maximum number of prints to be al-
lowed for the user after a successful authentication.

Press [Total] on the right side of [Management System], [Enable] on the right side of [Upper Limit
Setting], and [Upper].

Use the touch panel keypad or arrow keys [

] to enter the desired number of allowance.
Available range for the allowance is from 0 to 99,999,999.
