1.14 Call forwarding
1.14.1 Uncondition call forwarding
All incoming call will be forward to the destination number.
Login to web setting page >Voip Related>Unconditional Call Forward> Input destination
number.
1.14.2 No answer call forwarding
If the incoming call haven’t been answered within the duration you set, the call will be forward
to the destination number.
Login to web setting page >Voip Related>No Answer Call Forward> Input destination
number.
1.14.3 Busy call forwarding
If the terminal is on busy, the call will be forward to the destination number.
Login to web setting page > Voip Related> Busy Call Forward> Input destination number.
1.14.4 Cancel forwarding
You can delete the forward numbers in the web setting page.
2 Service Features
! Important Note: Your service provider may can not support your service features to some
of the callers or callees.
2.1 Call Hold / Retrieve
Enables you put a caller on hold while a second call is answered or made.
When on a call, a user can press the “HOLD” key on the VoIP Phone, then dials the new
number. To retrieve press the “HOLD” key again.
2.2 Call
Waiting
Firstly, activate the Call Waiting function by IP phone settings page or your KE2001A.
If your line is busy, callers are asked to wait while you are alerted to their incoming call.
2.2.1 Enable or Disable call waiting
Press “SET/OK “key to enter main menu, then use”
” key to choose Call Settings.
Press “SET/OK “key to enter submenu, then use”
” key to choose CALL_WAITING.
Press” SET/OK” key, use”
” key to choose ON or OFF. Press” SET/OK” key, Press two
times “ESC”key again the automatic save.
2.3 Switching between calls
While you are on the phone, a beep tone alerts you to another incoming call. To take this call
press the “HOLD” key, the first call will be placed on hold while you answer the second call.
To retrieve the first call presses the “HOLD” key again.
2.4 Call
Transfer
Call Transfer allows you to transfer answered calls to another destination.
