Important Safety Instructions
When blending hot liquids, always make sure
the lid is securely placed on the blender jug.
The blades are sharp. Be careful.
Never look directly into the blender while the
motor is running.
Blend no more than (1 litre) of hot liquid at a
time.
Always start the blender at low speed and
then carefully increase the speed.
Make sure to keep these instructions!
Never place your hands or objects of any kind
in the blender jug when the blender is in oper-
ation. You risk severe injury and you may also
cause damage to the appliance.
To avoid the risk of injury, never place the
blade assembly on the appliance base without
first properly attaching the blender jug to the
blade assembly.
Always operate blender with lid in place.
The use of attachments not recommended or
sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, elec-
tric shock or injury. It may also cause damage
to the blender.
Unplug from electrical outlet before cleaning
or before attaching or removing parts.
Be careful when the blender is switched on –
avoid all contact with moving parts.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged
cord or plug. If the appliance malfunctions, or
is dropped or damaged in any manner, send
it to a qualified technician for inspection or
repair.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or
counter.
Do not let cord come into contact with any
hot surfaces.
