Step Three
As shown in Figure , assemble the six points
threaded union and the hex nut in the machine
components. Fully wind the external thread of
the six points union with raw material belt, and
then screw the wound joint assembly and the
heat welded joints at one end, as shown in
Figure . Handle the other end in the same way
(Please use wrench to tighten screw).

Step Four
Use a wrench to tighten two sealing gaskets and
both ends of threaded union assembly in the
annex. Note that you shall keep the direction of
water flow and the direction of the arrow on the
pre-filter product in consistency, as shown in
Figure .
Step Five
Slowly open the inlet valve, and when the
household tap water is effluent, close all the
outlets. Note that you shall check whether there
are water leaks or slow seepages between the
connect of various components in the pre-filter
product. You can open and close the drain valve
to outlet water repeatedly for careful observation.
If there is any leakage or seepage, you shall
check whether the area is tightened immediately.
