Step One
First, determine the installation position
according to product size (reserving H 200mm
height for sewage). Close the water valve as
shown in Figure
and open the household tap
and let water out. Then use a pair of scissors to
cut a PPR pipe with a length of 200~250mm in
the installation position and use this pipe to
install the product. Note that you shall take over
the remaining water with a container as shown
in Figure .
Step Two
As shown in Figure , melt the PPR pipe end
and fitting B with the PPR pipe welding machine
A (with
PPR hot melt fittings internally
threaded), and weld the other end of the cut
PPR pipe in the same way. Note that you shall
weld quickly to ensure the welding quality, and
do not move in two minutes for cooling after the
welding is completed.
