17 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Warning: So long as repair is involved, the repair must be
carried out by specialized technical personnel.
The following malfunctions do not require contacting
technical support personnel.

No display whatsoever!
Check to see if the power is off.
x
No response after pressing the button!
Check to see if the child lock is activated.
x
The steam oven does not work!
Check whether the plug is inserted properly.
Check whether the steam oven power supply is connected.
Ensure the oven door closes properly and tightly .
Ensure that there is no foreign body stuck between the steam
oven's door and the cavity's front panel.

Strange noises can be heard when the steam oven is working!
Noise is produced during cooking, such as the water pump of
a steam generator. (These are normal phenomena)

Food cannot be heated or heated very slowly.
Check whether cooking time and temperature settings are
correctly selected.
The food chunks in the steam oven are too large or too cold.
