7. TROUBLESHOOT THE BODYSPA MODULE BATHING SYSTEM

This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized Service Representative or a qualified electrician
should correct all electrical problems. For warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor.

SYMPTOMS

PROBABLE CAUSES

RECOMMENDED ACTION

1. BodySpa does not

start/stop.

A. No power to pump/control/control

switch.

A. Set/Reset GFCI breaker; check wiring

to pump/receptacle/control switch.
Refer to dealer/installer.

B. Harness is blocked.

B. Remove blockage. Refer to

dealer/installer.

C. Control switch disconnected from

control box.

C. Reconnect control switch.

D. Faulty control switch.

D. Replace control switch. Refer to

dealer/installer.

E. Faulty circuit board.
