Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
•
Wi-Fi signal is insufficient, ensure the vacuum is
in a good Wi-Fi signal coverage area
•
Wi-Fi connection is abnormal, reset Wi-Fi and
download the latest version of the app and try
connecting again.
Vacuum not breakpoint
cleaning
Manually recharging or putting the vacuum back
onto the charging stand will cause the vacuum to
not continue cleaning from the last interruption.
Cannot return to the charging
stand after spot cleaning or
moving the position
After spot cleaning or long-distance movement, the
unit will re-generate the map. If the charging stand
is too far away, it may not be able to automatically
recharge. Please manually place the vacuum back
onto the charging stand to charge.
Unable to charge
Ensure there is enough space around the charging
stand and there is no dust or obstruction on the
surface of the charging base electrode.
Scheduled cleaning does not
work
Confirm that the device is connected to the
network. If the device is not connected to the
network, you cannot synchronise the scheduled
cleaning task.
Unit is always offline
Ensure the equipment is within Wi-Fi coverage.
Cannot pair the device to the
SmarterHome™ app
Ensure that the charging stand and the vacuum
are within the Wi-Fi coverage and the signal is
good. Reset the vacuum, place it into pairing mode
and try reconnecting.
