Troubleshooting
Please check these suggestion solutions if you encounter any problems with the projector. If they
do not solve the issue, please contact the Kogan.com customer support team.
Problem
Possible Solutions
Cannot start unit up
1. Is the power cable plugged in?
2. Check the fuse to see if it has blown.
Bulb does not light up when
plugged into power
1. The bulb may be damaged or blown. Replace the bulb
and check again.
2. If the power has been switched off recently, wait for 15
minutes before turning the unit on again.
No image is displaying
1. Check the lens cap has been removed
2. Check that the connections are all secure and that the
right source signal has been selected.
Remote control doesn't work
1. Check the batteries aren't flat and are inserted correctly.
2. Make sure you are pointing the remote at the IR sensor.
3. Turn the projector off, wait for 15 minutes then turn it on
again.
The projector has auto-
shutdown
1. Check the dust filter to make sure it isn't clogged.
2. Internal fans may be damaged and may need to be
replaced.
