Problem

Reason/solution

Low voltage

Ensure the cellar is plugged in and connected to
power.

No power

Ensure the temperature knob is not turned to the OFF
mode.

Illuminating light does not shine

Ensure the beverage cooler is connected to
power.

Check if the light is damaged. If so, stop use
and contact help.Kogan.com for assistance.

The compressor is running
longer than usual.

If there are too many beverages in the beverage
cooler, this may lead the compressor to run for
longer to reach the desired temperature.

Frequent opening of the door causes the cool
air to escape from the beverage cooler. The

compressor will then continue to run.

It is normal that the compressor operates for a

longer period when the ambient temperature is

higher (during summer, for example).

Loud noises

Ensure the beverage cooler is placed on a flat
stable surface.

Ensure the door and shelves are secure.

Condensation on the door seal
and exterior

The beverage cooler may emit heat during
operation when the ambient temperature is
higher (during summer, for example). This is

caused by the radiation of the condenser and is

a normal phenomenon.

Wipe any condensation with a soft cloth.

Abnormal sounds emitting from
the beverage cooler

Refrigerant circulating within the beverage
cooler may produce sounds when in use. This is

normal.

Buzzing noises may be generated from the

compressor especially when the beverage

cooler is being turned on or off.
