1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup whole wheat flour
•
1 cup packed brown sugar
•
1 tsp baking soda
•
¼ tsp salt
•
1 cup butter
•
2 cups salted peanuts
•
1 cup milk chocolate chips
•
1 jar (347g) caramel ice cream
topping

3 tbs all-purpose flour.
Method
1.
Preheat oven to 176°C. In a large
bowl, combine flours, brown sugar,
baking soda and salt. Cut in butter
until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Pat into a greased 15x10x1-
inch. baking pan. Bake until golden
brown, 10-12 minutes.

Sprinkle peanuts and chocolate chips
over warm crust. Combine caramel
topping and flour; drizzle over top.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly,
12-16 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
