support team from Kogan.com. The use of other software drivers being installed on the TV will

HDMI CEC

HDMI CEC control allows you to control multiple CEC-enabled devices connected to your TV via
HDMI, using your single remote control.

to turn HDMI AiRC on or of. Aiudio return channel (AiRC) returns audio
through the same HDMI channel that is used to send video to the TV. If using this feature, you
won't need a separate audio cable to return sound from the TV. (AiRC feature only available on
HDMI 1).
