Chapter 2 Update Operation
On the [HOME] page
, click “Settings” to go to setting page. Click “Software Update” on the left
of setting page to go to view the version information of operation system, chart, calendar,
main application, etc.
2.1 Update Online
Under normal network connection, if there is a new version, there is a red identification point
in front of the version number to prompt the update. Click the red identification point to enter
the update content page. Click "download and install" to automatically download the
installation package online.
2.2 Local microSD card / USB stick upgrade
Note: KSD-1100 and KSD-1210 can be updated by using microSD card* and USB stick.
2.2.1 Format the microSD card /USB stick to FAT32 or NTFS format
This feature can be formatted in FAT32 or NTFS format according to the format of the memory
card inserted in this device.
2.2.2 Update File Download
Get the upgrade link from the competent department and dealers to download the upgrade
program, including the main application, calendar, chart data, etc.
2.2.3 Update
After the microSD card* is inserted into the microSD card* slot or USB stick and connected to
the USB port, the option of "SD Upgrade" will automatically appear on the page of "Settings" -
"Software update". Click the "SD Upgrade" button to start the update installation.
Notice:
[1] The microSD Card* /USB Update menu appears only when the microSD card* is already
put into the card slot or USB stick and connected to the USB port of device.
[2] If there are no new versions, the microSD Card* /USB stick update menu will not appear.
