c. Line 2 is in conversation state,press LINE 1 key,line 2 will automatically hang up
and line 1 will be connected.
d. Line 2 is in conversation state,press HOLD key,then press LINE1 key,line 2 is
hold and line 1 is connected.
5.10.4 Hang up the phone
a.When the LINE1 is in off hook state,press LINE 1 key or handfree key to hang
up the phone,but line 2 remain in their original state(Hold or hang up state)
b. When the LINE2 is in off hook state,press LINE 2 key or handfree key to hang
up the phone,but line1 remain in their original state(Hold or on hook state)
c. Put the handset to base will automatically hang up the current line,another line
remain in their original state(Hold or on hook state)
5.10.5 Hold on music
When Line 1 or Line2 is in conversation state,press HOLD key to HOLD line1 or
line 2, now the LCD display 1L or 2L icon. the indication of L1 or L2 is flashes at
the same time.
When in three party conversation state,press HOLD key to hold Line 1 and Line 2.
5.10.6 Cancel hold on music
a. When line 1 is in hold state,line 2 is in on hook state,pick up the handset or
press handfree key or press Line 1,now cancel the hold state of the line 1,to
continue conversation.
b. When line 2 is in hold state,line 1 is in on hook state, pick up the handset or
press handfree key or press Line 2,now cancel the hold state of the line 2,to
continue conversation.c. In on hook state,when line 1 or line 2 or both lines are on
hold state,press HOLD key,to quit hold state.
Note: When both lines are in handset hold state,you need to press relevant line to
quit hold state.
d. When both lines are in hold state,it is not valid to press handfree key,pick up the
handset to cancel hold state of line1,line 2 is still on hold.
5.10.7 Three-party conversation
When line 1 and line 2 is connected, press the CONF key at any time to turn on
the two lines at the same time and enter the three-party call state.
a. When the Line 1 ringing, pick up the handset and speak to the caller, press
HOLD key to hold line
1,press Line 2 to connect line 2,press call number then press CONF key to enter
three-party conversation.
b. When the line 1 ringing, pick up the handset and speak to the caller, received
the ringing from line
2 at the same time,press HOLD key to hold line 1,press LINE 2 key to connect line
2 ,press CONF key to enter three-party conversation.
c. Dial the number from Line 1,press HOLD key after connected,and hold line
1,press LINE 2 and
dial the number from line 2,press CONF key after connected,to enter three-party
conversation.
d. Dial the number from Line 1,and received the ringing from Line 2,press HOLD
