In on hook state,slip switch to HI is ringing of high level,slip switch to LO is ringing
of low level
5.8 Mute function
During conversation if you need to mute your voice, press MUTE key the line will
be mute and the caller will not hear your voice.but you can hear caller
’
s voice.
When you need to continue the conversation with caller party,press MUTE key.
5.9 Phone book function
5.9.1 Store the call number to phone book.
In on-hook state, pre-dialing or reviewing an incoming/outgoing call, LCD displays
desired number
Press MUTE key to store the number. Use DEL key to edit if any mistake.
Note:The phone book can store 8 groups of call numbers.if 8 groups of call
numbers are full,you need to delete one group before you can save the new call
number.5.9.2 Reviewing phone book.
In on hook state, press MUTE key in turn to review the phone book
5.9.3 Delete phone book
In on hook state,press MUTE key to select number which you want to delete,press
DEL key to delete the number,press DEL key for 3 seconds to delete all of
numbers.
5.9.4 Dial out the phone book
In on hook state,press MUTE key to select number which you want to dial
out,press handfree or LINE1/LINE2 or REDIAL or pick up the handset to dial out
the number.

5.10 Two line operation
5.10.1 Receiving a call
The unit will ring when you have an incoming call,the indicator of L1 or L2 is
flashes,press handfree or pick up the handset and speak to the caller.
5.10.2 Using handset
When the unit rings,pick up the handset automatically select line 1 or line 2(If the
parallel machine has been taken,to take the parallel line,otherwise mush press the
corresponding key such as Line 1 or Line 2,otherwise automatically take another
line),press line 1 directly to select line 1 and enter speakerphone mode,now the
LCD display 1L icon; press line 2 directly to select line 2 and enter speakerphone
mode,now the LCD display 2L icon
5.10.3 Transfer from line 1 and line 2
a. Line 1 is in conversation state,press LINE 2 key,line 1 will automatically hang up
and line 2 will be connected.
b. Line 1 is in conversation state,press HOLD key,then press LINE2 key,line 1 is
hold and line 2 is connected.
