SENSOR SETUP

TEST MODE

3

Fig 3

With the front cover removed, the 3 adjustment controls can be set:
For initial set-up of the sensor, turn the time control fully anti-clockwise to D-D and the lux control fully
clockwise
After the sensor has been switched on it will take up to 30 seconds to enter into automatic mode
Once in automatic mode, cover the sensor window to block out the light, after 10 seconds the luminaire
will illuminate. Uncover the sensor window and the luminaire will go off after 10 seconds
After the initial setup has been completed, adjust the time and lux setting to the desired levels

Time setting: 2 hours – 8 hours. Turning the dial clockwise
increases the time the luminaire will remain on after
activation. D-D setting on the dial will enable dusk-to-dawn
mode, this will keep the luminaire on between the hours of
dusk and dawn

Lux setting: 3 lux – 1000 lux. If you require the luminaire to operate under brighter conditions, turn the
dial clockwise. Dusk is approximately at the 12 o’clock position
Once the required adjustments have been made, refit the front cover and fasten down the screws
Switch on the power supply and check for correct operation

SET-UP AND OPERATION

With the front cover removed the 3 adjustment controls can be set

Test mode: For initial set-up of the sensor, turn the time control fully anti-clockwise to D-D and the lux control fully

clockwise

After the sensor has been switched on it will take up to 30 seconds to enter into automatic mode

Once in automatic mode, cover the sensor window to block out the light, after 10 seconds the luminaire will illuminate.

Uncover the sensor window and the luminaire will go off after 10 seconds

After the initial setup has been completed, adjust the time and lux setting to the desired levels

Time setting: 2 hours – 8 hours. Turning the dial clockwise increases the time the luminaire will remain on after activation.

D-D setting on the dial will enable dusk-to-dawn mode, this will keep the luminaire on between the hours of dusk and

dawn

Lux setting: 3 lux – 1000 lux. If you require the luminaire to operate under brighter conditions, turn the dial clockwise.

Dusk is approximately at the 12 o’clock position. Alternatively, the

Lux memory control can be used, see below

Lux memory control setting: This will set the unit to the

current/ambient light level overriding the lux dial. With the unit

powered on, carefully insert a screwdriver into the hole on the side of

the sensor to operate the memory button. Hold the memory button

down for 5 seconds and release. The unit will now be set to turn on at

the current ambient light level.

Once adjustments have been made, refit the front cover and fasten down the screws
